Professional Referrals

We welcome referrals from all professionals supporting families who have been identified as require assistance with essential baby and children's items. This may include support during pregnancy or after birth, where families are experiencing hardship, sudden changes in circumstances, or limited access to essentials. Items we are able to support with may include but re not limited to Moses baskets and stands, prams, clothing, nappies, toiletries, newborn essentials and safe-sleep items, subject to availability.

To help us provide appropriate, timely and dignified support, please include the following information in your referral email

• Your name and professional role

• The main carer's initials

• Current gestation, if the family is pregnant

• The gender of the child or children, where appropriate, to help us supply suitable clothing

• • A brief outline of the items required or support requested

All referrals are handled with care, sensitivity and strict confidentiality. We understand that families may be experiencing difficult or vulnerable circumstances, and every referral is approached with compassion and respect. Self-Referrals

​

We understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and that not everyone feels able to approach a professional for a referral. Feelings of embarrassment, uncertainty or worry can make that first step hard and we want families to know they are not alone.

While we primarily work with professional referrals, we are happy to consider self-referrals on a case-by-case basis.

If you are not working in a professional capacity for a family you can still contact us directly, we will take the time to listen to the support you or the family you know require. Where appropriate, we may be able to offer support or help signpost you to relevant services or professionals who can provide further assistance. All enquiries are treated with kindness, respect and confidentiality.

We don't ask why you need help, only how we can help.
